Gluten free high protein baguettes with homemade tuna cream.

  • 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • 100g tuna in its own juice
  • Parsley & lemon
  • salt & pepper
  • 230 kcal
  • 27g KH
  • 26g EW
  • 3g F

Slice the baguette and brush with olive oil and salt. Bake at 160 degrees for 15 min.

Mix the cream cheese with the tuna, salt and pepper, lemon and basil and spread on the warm bruschetta.
