  • 2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
  • ½ avocado
  • 5-6 slices of cucumber
  • 15g arugula
  • Shredded flax seeds
  • Salt, pepper

Bake the bagel in the oven. Then slice the bagel while it is still warm and spread with cream cheese. Then top with arugula, avocado and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
