  • 50g avocado
  • 40g beet hummus
  • salt, pepper & lemon

Bake the country bread in the oven or toast a slice in the toaster. Spread hummus on the slice.

Cut the avocado into wedges and place on top of the hummus.

Then place the second slice of toast on top and fry on both sides in a pan over medium heat until the cheese is melted.

Top the whole thing with sprouts, top with the spices and add a squeeze of lemon.
